These Terms & Conditions apply when you place an order with Beameefy Print Co through our website or print ordering portal.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information, artwork and specifications you provide are correct and that you have permission to use any artwork, logos, photographs, names or other material submitted for printing.
Please check your artwork, dimensions, quantities, garment selections, delivery details and other order information carefully before completing payment.
Once payment has been successfully received, your order may move into artwork processing and production.
Many Beameefy Print Co products are produced specifically for the customer using artwork, dimensions, names, logos, colours or other specifications supplied at the time of ordering.
Because these products are made to your specifications, they may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation or return once production has started.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly produced or not as described.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests should normally be made within 2 hours of purchase.
If production has already started, we may be unable to cancel a custom or personalised order.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right or permission to reproduce the artwork you upload.
Do not upload material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
Beameefy Print Co may refuse to print artwork where we reasonably believe that producing it would be unlawful.
We provide tools and warnings to help identify potential resolution or print-quality issues.
However, the quality of the finished print depends partly on the quality of the artwork supplied.
Where the website warns that artwork may print soft, pixelated or at reduced quality and you choose to continue, the resulting quality may reflect the source artwork supplied.
Screen colours can differ from printed colours because monitors, phones and printing processes reproduce colour differently.
We aim to produce accurate, vibrant prints, but exact screen-to-print colour matching cannot always be guaranteed.
Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may vary depending on order size, artwork issues, stock availability, courier delays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Prices shown on the website apply at the time the order is placed unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Delivery charges are shown before payment where applicable.
Bulk and custom-order quotations may have separate pricing and validity periods.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and photographs where this helps us investigate the problem.
